Unless otherwise noted on our platform, shipping and delivery charges for products ordered by customers shall be as per the terms listed on our partners or vendor website or their mobile apps.
In case the product isn’t received as per expected delivery date provided by our partner, the customer must reach out to us via email info@kitneka.ai or phone +91 7330887732. We will then resolve the issue at the earliest within one week of the customer reaching out to us.
In case the product isn’t received as per expected delivery date provided by a vendor (non-partner), the customer must contact the vendor directly.
