Where does the transaction occur when I purchase a product?
All transactions occur on our partner or vendor websites or their mobile apps. We redirect customers to these websites or mobile apps.
How does Kitneka make revenues and profits?
Kitneka receives a small commission every time a customer makes a purchase on our partner website or their mobile app. We don’t receive any commission for a purchase made on a vendor (non-partner) website or their mobile app.
Some partners may promote their brands and products on website or mobile app, in which case we may charge advertising fee to such partners.
In future, we may offer customers our paid subscription services that provide curated content promoting certain brands, products, deals, coupons and discounts.
How does Kitneka make sure the products are genuine and not counterfeit?
We require our partner companies to supply only genuine products as they are displayed on their website or mobile app. Any discrepancy observed by the customer may be communicated to Kitneka via email to info@kitneka.ai
How does Kitneka rank or display the partners or vendors when a product is searched?
Kitneka uses advanced algorithms taking different factors into account when displaying partners or vendors for a product.
