If you need to cancel an order or request a refund for a product, please contact the retailer you purchased from directly. Each retailer has its own refund and cancellation policy, which you will find on their website or mobile app.
For Kitneka subscription services
If Kitneka offers a paid subscription service and you would like to cancel or request a refund, please reach out to us at info@kitneka.in. We will process your request within 7 business days.
